Common ObjectsAi Support Issues
Below are some common troubleshooting tips from ObjectsAi Support for users experiencing problems while using our mobile applications.
ObjectsAi Support – No Sound on iPhone or iPad
If you are not hearing sound from the ObjectsAi app on your iPhone or iPad, the ObjectsAi Support team recommends checking the following settings.
1. Check the Mute Button
Make sure the mute switch on your iOS device is turned off. Some apps may still play sound when the device is muted, but the ObjectsAi app requires sound to be enabled.
2. Check the iPad Soft-Mute Feature
iPads include a special soft-mute feature that can disable sound for certain games and apps while still allowing other apps like music players to continue playing audio.
Because of this feature, your volume may be turned up and the mute switch disabled, yet the app may still appear silent.
3. Disable the Soft-Mute Button
Follow these steps recommended by ObjectsAi Support:
- Swipe up from the bottom edge of your iPad screen.
- This will open the Control Center.
- Look for the bell icon (soft-mute button).
- Tap the bell icon to mute or unmute your iPad.
After disabling the soft-mute option, reopen the ObjectsAi app and check if the sound is working correctly.
Additional iPad Sound Troubleshooting
In some cases, the physical side button on your iPad may be configured for Rotation Lock instead of mute. When this happens, the button cannot be used to unmute the device.
